  BEWARE. This was a 3 star business that has degraded to a 1 star business over the last 12-18mths. The problem may be one staff member, or could be a culture problem and management unable to manage their senior staff. Unfortunately my last 3 visits have been met with unfriendly greetings and generally uninterested staff members. But by far my worst experience with this business was on Tuesday of this week.
  
  At 4:20pm my son and I joined the queue of 6 people waiting for a haircut (ironically under the "4 chairs, no waiting" sign). There was an young girl working away at one chair and another older lady cutting hair at another. Over the next 30 mins or so I listened as the more senior staff member complained excessively to her client about how busy she had been and the excess noise she was exposed to while working due to kids being on school holidays. I immediately got the feeling my son was not welcome and was unimpressed that this lady was being so unprofessional.
  
  We waited patiently until 5:15pm, at this point the more senior lady rudely informed me they didn't have time to do 2 cuts and it had to be either myself or my son. I pointed out that we had been waiting over 40 mins and to this she replied "I'm not the owner, I just work here and I don't get paid overtime".
  
  WOW. I advised her I was unaware of their business hours and that they are not displayed. She just rolled her eyes and said "no one else has had a problem with it".
  
  It got worse as my son had his hair cut by the younger lady (who remained very professional), the older lady went back to her client huffing about how hard it was to please some people.
  
  I have never received such poor customer service. I don't think the owner reads reviews, as a quick search found that I was not the first person to experience this type of poor service at this business.
  
  I will not be returning after being a loyal customer for 5 years. I don't think the senior female employee will care, but I am interested to know if the business owner knows their customers are receiving such terrible service.
