    After going here for 6 years I'm done! So rough no pride in their work! And they yell/talk in their own language the whole time to each other. No care for the clients! Shame!

    unfortunately there isn't a 0 star option.First time visiting although i have been getting SNS on my real nails for over 2 years,Absolutely horrific experience.i have two fingers with cuts that are stinging and sore,Rude RUDE,Rude staff who wouldn't know customer service if they saw it.This business shouldn't be allowed to operate.Revolting,Tragic experience

    I’ve been getting my nails done for many years at other places & im extremely disappointed with my experience. The lady who did my nails yesterday was so rough, she cut the sides of my nails on 6 fingers, despite clearly hurting me she kept going in the same manor. The lady did not speak to me hardly at all, even to the point that she wouldn’t advise me when to put my hands in front of the fan and actually would grab my hand with force and shove them in front of the fans. Extremely poor service & I would never go back

    Really dissapointing service. My mother got a bikini wax the girl burnt her leg then couldnt remove the wax and sent her home to get it off herself! She was in a huge amount of pain and they still charged her full price! When she went back to get a refund they made her wait and told her that it was normal!!!! Would never go here for waxing so unprofessional!
