The lady who did my nails yesterday was so rough, she cut the sides of my nails on 6 fingers, despite clearly hurting me she kept going in the same manor. The lady did not speak to me hardly at all, even to the point that she wouldn’t advise me when to put my hands in front of the fan and actually would grab my hand with force and shove them in front of the fans. Extremely poor service & I would never go back

She was in a huge amount of pain and they still charged her full price! When she went back to get a refund they made her wait and told her that it was normal!!!! Would never go here for waxing so unprofessional!
